the spa and wellness center offered a variety of treatments, including body scrubs and massages that left me feeling rejuvenated. the indoor swimming pool was superb with its heated water and a sauna. the restaurant had sumptuous dishes. I also enjoyed the bar lounge and the gourmet coffee.

The venue was quite crowded, especially during peak hours, which affected the quality of service. this was a minor inconvenience considering the hotel's proximity to attractions such as the West Lake.

The hotel is located conveniently near a modern mall with shopping and restaurant options and easy access to transportation. the service is exceptional with attentive guest-relations officers, while the room is clean, spacious and offers excellent amenities. the breakfast is delicious, with plenty of options to choose from.

Some of the staff at reception could be more welcoming.

The hotel's location is great, with easy access to shopping and dining options. the rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a great place to relax during a busy Xmas trip. Plus, the staff was friendly and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed.

Although the staff was friendly, some members seemed unprepared to handle certain requests. It took a few tries to get some basic amenities, and we had trouble communicating with some staff members due to language barriers.

I loved the convenient location of this hotel, being situated right next to a modern mall with plenty of shopping options. Additionally, the hotel facilities such as the gym and pool were top-notch and kept very clean. The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options, while the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.

Nothing that I didn't like.

The cozy and welcoming ambiance, coupled with the delectable beers at the nearby brewery, made our romantic escape truly remarkable. the brewery's Red and Porter brews were especially enjoyable, along with the tangy tacos. Plus, the one-on-one conversation with the friendly brewmaster was the cherry on top. the convenient location of the hotel, being just around the corner from the main lobby, allowed us easy access to nearby attractions such as dining spots and shopping areas.

Although we had an overall great time at the hotel, we did notice an occasional whiff of an unpleasant odor when getting in the elevator on the eleventh floor. the air conditioning system in the room left the bed sheets feeling slightly damp.

During my stay at Midtown Shangri-La, I had an incident with my credit card being fraudulently used. However, the hotel staff handled the situation with utmost professionalism and provided me with the necessary assistance to resolve the issue. They were supportive and took immediate action to ensure my safety and comfort.
